The Queen of England YouTubes too?

This is so interesting!
Queen Elizabeth II, Britain's 81 year old monarch has launched her own Royal Channel on YouTube with about 1million hits todate. Although regarded as conventional by many, the queen has often found innovative ways of communicating with the people and "adapting the communication to suit".

The Royal Channel includes news footage of the queen's parents' wedding in 1923, modern video clips show shots of garden parties, state visits, colour image of historical events and even a day in the life of her son, Prince Charles. Buckingham Palace plans to add new clips regularly.

The queen quips, "I very much hope that this new medium will make my Christmas message more personal and direct. That it is possible for some of you to see me today is just another example of the speed at which things are changing all around us," Read more.

If the queen can upload, so can you.
